1. How long does shipping take?

We start processing your order within 1-2 business days from Monday to Friday. Once shipped, delivery will take in approximately 5-9 business days dependent on where you are in France.

2. Do you give free shipping?

Yes, we do offer Free Shipping on all orders.

3. How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped to follow your parcel until delivery.

4. How do I change my delivery address after placing an order?

You may request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order. When the order ships, we can't change the address thereafter.

5. What is your return policy?

We allow returns within 30 days from receipt of your item. Products to be returned must be unused and in their original packaging.

6. How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting your return, using the original payment method.

7. What if my order arrives damaged?
