30-Day Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your shed or accessory, you may request a return within this timeframe.
Eligibility for Free Returns To qualify for a free return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means the unit must be unassembled, unused, and kept in its original factory packaging. Items that have been partially or fully assembled are not eligible for return due to the complexity of freight transport and safety regulations.
No Restocking Fees and Free Return Shipping We believe in a transparent shopping experience. VIP SHED does not charge any restocking fees for returns made within the 30-day window. Furthermore, we provide free return shipping. For large freight items, our team will coordinate a professional pickup from your location at no cost to you.
Damaged or Defective Items Given the size and weight of our products, they are shipped via specialized freight carriers. It is essential that you inspect the packaging upon arrival. If you notice significant damage to the box, please document it on the carrier’s delivery receipt. If the product inside is found to be defective or damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for replacement parts or a full unit replacement at no additional charge to you.
Refund Process Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse facility, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed immediately and credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange your product for a different model or size, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once the return is accepted, we will process your refund accordingly.
