2. Processing and Fulfillment

• Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a tracking number as soon as your shed is dispatched.
  

3. Delivery Timelines

• Estimated Delivery: Most products arrive within 7–12 business days after processing, depending on your location.
  
• Freight Delivery: Due to their size and weight, our sheds are delivered via specialized LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers.
  

4. Large Item Delivery Process (Curbside Delivery)

• Appointment: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
  
• Curbside Standard: For safety reasons, delivery is curbside. This means the driver will unload the item at the end of your driveway or the nearest accessible point.
  
• Access Requirements: Please ensure your delivery location is accessible to large freight trucks.
  

5. Free Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer Free Returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Zero Cost: We cover the return shipping costs for you.
  
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been assembled.
  

6. Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will replace any damaged parts or the entire unit at no extra cost to you.
