We currently do not sell the floor base separately. If you want a shed with a floor base, you need to purchase the whole package.

How can I build the floor base for my shed?
You can use plywood or particle board to build a floor. Alternatively, assemble the shed directly on a concrete floor using the provided screw holes. Refer to our video tutorial for building the floor base.
What are the advantages of having a floor base?
The floor frame package provides a galvanized metal framework foundation, raising the floor for better drainage, cleanliness, and stability of the metal shed.
How can I claim tax exemption?
To claim tax exemption, send us your relevant tax-exempt document, and upon validation, we will refund the tax.
How can I get the assembly instructions?
For instructions, share your order number or SKU, and we'll send them.
Alternatively, check the product page for the installation manual PDF. Some products also feature installation videos.
What should I do if they are missing parts in my package?
Check the accessory list in your package for damaged parts. Send pictures of the outer box with SKU, PO, and ID for verification, and we'll send replacements.

Please contact and send pictures of the broken parts, and we'll address the issues and send replacements promptly.
Is proof of return required for returns?
When returning items, provide relevant documents and pictures as proof. Once we confirm the return to our warehouse, a refund will be processed. Please feel free to contact us.
What should I do If my bank refuses payment
The decline of your order is not from us end but from a third-party credit card institution, flagged as potentially fraudulent.
